Edinburgh
Stair cleaning in Edinburgh
Tenement closes, shared stairwells and commercial stairs across the capital, cleaned on a schedule that suits the residents.
From £20 per clean
One price for the whole stair, shared equally between the households that sign up.
Each flat billed separately
Every household gets its own invoice for its share, so nobody has to collect money from neighbours.
Starts at 85% sign-up
We begin once 85% of the flats in the stair have agreed, so the cost per flat stays fair.
Every visit includes
- Stairs and landings swept or vacuumed, then mopped
- Front entrance, back passages and basement areas
- Handrails dusted top to bottom
- Cobwebs cleared
- Door handles, switches and other touch points sanitised
