Common questions
How is the price split in a shared stair?
We give one price for the whole stair. It's divided equally between the households that sign up, and each gets its own invoice.
Do I have to collect money from my neighbours?
No. We bill every signed-up flat directly, so nobody has to chase anyone.
When does cleaning start?
Once 85% of the flats in the stair have agreed to take part.
I rent my flat. Who pays?
Usually the owner. Pass our quote to your landlord or letting agent and they can sign up for the flat.
What if a neighbour joins later?
They're added from the next clean, and everyone's share is recalculated.
How do I get my neighbours on board?
Print our ready-made letter and sign-up sheet and pop it through the doors.
